Dona Marie Hippert, J.D., President
Botanist/Ornamental Horticulturist. Graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School with an Environmental Law certificate, Oregon State Bar and ABA. Dona is currently a solo practice attorney with special interest in Air and Toxics issues. Board member with Northwest Environmental Defense Center. Secretary for Northwest Environmental Defense Center.

Bob Amundson Ph.D., Vice President
A plant physiologist who worked as a research scientist on the impacts of air pollution on managed and unmanaged ecosystems for over 30 years. Since 1993 he has worked as an environmental activist to help citizens document the impacts of air pollution on urban and wild ecosystems. He also works with state and federal agencies to improve their performance in protecting the airshed.

Michael Carrigan, Treasurer
Director of Oregon PeaceWorks and environmental activist for 20 years. He serves on the steering committee of Oregon Conservation Network and in that capacity worked to protect Eugene?s Toxics Right to Know law in two legislative sessions

Johannes Epke
J.D. and Environmental Law Certificate candidate at Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, expected graduation May 2009. Has focused on air pollution and Clean Air Act issues, specifically with respect to industrial sources in Oregon in his capacity as the Air Project Coordinator at the Northwest Environmental Defense Center.

Linda Fuller, Ph.D.
Linda has worked with and had leadership roles in a number of social justice, international solidarity, and environmental organizations since the 1970s. These include the Guatemalan News and Information Bureau, CISCAP (Committee in Solidarity with the Central American People), and PCUN (Pineros y Campesinos Unidos del Noroeste). She is currently a Professor of Sociology and Director of the International Studies Program at the University of Oregon.

Carla Hervert, RN MS
Registered nurse and exercise physiologist. Currently working in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. Carla has worked in the health care field for over 25 years. Former secretary for Oregon Track Club Masters (OTCM).

Ann B. Kneeland, J.D.
Ann is a solo practice attorney focusing on environmental, land use, and civil commitment law. She graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and is a member of Oregon and California (inactive) bars. She is a Eugene Planning Commissioner and a founding member of Seeking Out Democracy, a Junction City-based human dignity group. She is a strong advocate of equal access to justice.

David Monk
Eugene Toxics Board President, former OTA Executive Director, Community activist with experience in organizing, land use, labor, and environmental causes of cancer. Former Chair of the Eugene Toxics Board and current member of the Lane Regional Air Protection Board.

Farmer and Educator: Lane County's Vegetation Management Advisory Committee (1996-2001); Head Start of Lane County (2002- current); President of Save Our Valley Coalition (2004-2005).

JT Tarentino
The youngest board member of OTA, JT is an active member of the community with a passion for helping people and the environment. JT has a technical background in electrical engineering and has been also deemed 'graphics specialist' for OTA. JT has helped with the creation of the OTA blog and various other media.
